Jacqueline Phillips is a Director in the Child Health Innovation Leadership Department (CHILD) at Johnson & Johnson where her primary responsibilities are support of pediatric drug, device and product development. She is also a member of the Johnson & Johnson Bioethics Committee.

Before joining J&J, Jacqueline was an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at Rutgers Medical School and Medical Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Children’s Hospital. She is experienced in both clinical and basic science research and has served as an investigator for industry-sponsored and other trials at the Pediatric Clinical Research Center. Her other responsibilities included strategic planning and operations, a as well as membership on the bioethics committee.

Jacqueline earned her medical degree from New York Medical College, completed a residency in pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a fellowship in pediatric critical care at Children’s National Medical Center (Washington, DC). Jacqueline also received her Master’s in Business Administration from Rutgers Business School.
